Privacy Policy

Your information, handled with care.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Performance Auto Collision (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit our website or send us a contact or estimate request, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.

Effective September 3, 2026

01Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us through the forms on this site, plus a small amount of technical information needed to keep the site running and secure.

Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write.

Estimate request form. When you request an estimate we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, your vehicle’s year, make, and model, your insurance carrier if you choose to provide it, a description of the damage, and your preferred contact method (phone, text, or email).

Photos and documents. If you email or text us photos of the damage, insurance paperwork, or other documents, we keep them with your inquiry so we can prepare your estimate.

Technical information. When you submit a form our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions and block spam. This check runs in memory and the address is not written to a database. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, payment card numbers, or other sensitive financial information through the website. We will collect any information needed for insurance or payment in person at the shop.

02How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your message or estimate request and answer your questions.
  • Prepare a preliminary repair estimate and schedule an in-person inspection.
  • Contact you by the method you selected (phone call, text message, or email) about your estimate, repair, and pickup.
  • Coordinate with your insurance carrier when you ask us to help with a claim.
  • Keep repair records that Pennsylvania law and our warranty require us to maintain.
  • Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build marketing profiles, and we will not add you to a marketing list without your separate consent.

03How your submissions are delivered and stored

Form submissions are not stored in a website database. Each submission is formatted into an email and delivered to our shop inbox at info@performanceautocollisionpa.com using Resend, a transactional email delivery service, through our hosting platform’s secure connector. Copies of your inquiry then live in our business email system, where they are accessible only to shop staff who need them to serve you.

Our website is built and hosted on Lovable, which runs on globally distributed cloud infrastructure. Your submission passes through that infrastructure in transit and is protected with HTTPS encryption between your browser and our servers.

04When we share information

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers that help us run the website and deliver your messages: Lovable (website hosting and connector gateway) and Resend (email delivery). These providers process your information only to provide their services to us.
  • Your insurance carrier, adjuster, or rental provider, when you ask us to assist with a claim or arrange a rental.
  • Parts suppliers and sublet specialists (for example, glass or alignment shops) when needed to complete your repair, limited to the vehicle details they need.
  • Law enforcement, courts, or regulators when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, staff, or business.
  • A successor business if Performance Auto Collision is sold, merged, or reorganized, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

05Third-party services on this site

Some features of the website are provided by other companies. When you load these features your browser connects directly to those companies, which may collect your IP address, browser details, and, where noted, set their own cookies. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern that data.

  • Google Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google’s font servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives your IP address and browser information when the fonts are requested.
  • Google Maps. The Contact page embeds an interactive Google Map showing our location, and our “Get Directions” links open Google Maps. Google may set cookies and collect usage data when the map loads or you interact with it.
  • Social media links. Our footer links to our Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube pages. We do not embed tracking pixels from these networks; clicking a link simply takes you to their site.
  • Telephone and email links. Tapping a phone number or email address opens your device’s own phone or mail app. We do not receive any data from that action unless you complete the call or send the email.

06Cookies and tracking

Performance Auto Collision does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and this site does not use third-party analytics or tracking scripts. The only cookies you may encounter come from the embedded Google Map on the Contact page, as described above.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use our forms, though the embedded map may not display.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals; there is nothing to turn off.

07Text messages

If you choose “text” as your preferred contact method on the estimate form, or otherwise give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you agree that Performance Auto Collision may send you text messages about your estimate, repair status, appointments, and pickup. These are customer-service messages, not marketing.

Message frequency depends on your repair. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message or by calling or emailing us. We will then contact you by phone or email instead.

08How long we keep information

We keep contact and estimate inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and complete any resulting repair. Records tied to a completed repair are kept for the life of our Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee on that vehicle and for as long as Pennsylvania automotive repair regulations and our tax and insurance obligations require.

Inquiries that do not result in a repair are deleted from our email system within a reasonable period after we close the conversation. You may ask us to delete your inquiry sooner, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

09How we protect information

We use HTTPS encryption for every page and form submission, validate and sanitize all form input on our servers, use a hidden spam trap and per-address rate limiting on form submissions, and limit access to your inquiries to staff who need them. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information through the site.

10Your choices and rights

You are in control of the information you share with us. You may:

  • Ask us what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law or to honor your warranty.
  • Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
  • Decline to provide optional information, such as your insurance carrier, and still request an estimate.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@performanceautocollisionpa.com or call 610-808-7442. We will verify your identity by confirming details from your inquiry and respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

11Children’s privacy

Our services are for vehicle owners and drivers, and this website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our forms, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
